You must be a paid member and be logged in to have your Membership Card sent to the E-mail address on your Account. Go to the Membership Card page after you are logged in.  You will be asked to fill out the form; you will be automatically sent an email to your email address of record.  You can print the attached PDF that has our up-to-date membership card.
